Happy hearts hampers:Refund PolicyEffective Date: 23.08.24Thank you for choosing Happy Hearts Hampers. We are committed to providing high-quality products/services and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable within 14 days from the date of purchase. If by mistake, there is a fault or missing item with the hamper, we will rectify the problem and cover any cost for our mistake i.e shipping replacement item.
2. Returns Process:To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support at sales@happyheartshampers.com.au to obtain further instruction for the return.
Cancellation or Change of Mind:No refund will be given for change of mind, however if immediately after purchase if you contact us via email sales@happyheartshampers.com.au then we can cancel the order. Once the order is dispatched then no changes to the order can be made.
3. Timeframe for Returns:Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Items:Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these criteria.
5. Non-Refundable Items:The following items are non-refundable:• Customised or personalised products.• Downloadable digital goods.• Perishable goods (including food items). Due to the perishable nature of the contents in our chocolate/ food hampers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our chocolate or any food hampers.Please check the product description for specific refund exclusions.

*No refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing, thank you.
However, if you immediately tell us after your purchase (before 2pm) we can cancel your order for a full refund back to your payment option that was used, during the time of purchase - otherwise there are no refunds on change of mind after the order is dispatched.
6. Cash Refunds vs. Credit Notes:Cash refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, customers can opt for a credit note for the equivalent value, valid for future purchases.
7. Canceling a Refund:In certain circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a refund if new information emerges that proves the customer's claim invalid. Customers will be notified promptly, and an explanation will be provided.
